What are IVs + Injections?

We’re so excited to offer IV Vitamin Therapy to Toronto’s East End, Riverdale, Leslieville, Danforth, and Beaches community!

IV therapy (aka intravenous therapy, vitamin drips or IV hydration) is an efficient way to care for your health, by injecting safe doses of vitamins, amino acids, nutrients, and minerals directly into your bloodstream.

With IV therapy, you don’t have to wait for nutrients to pass through the liver and digestive tract! Instead, nutrients are delivered directly to the blood stream. This means fast, 100% absorption of vitamins and minerals, instead of 10-20% of absorption we see with oral supplementation.

Like IV therapy, injectables bypass your liver and digestive system, allowing for more efficient absorption of vitamins and minerals! With injection therapy, certain vitamins and herbs are injected directly into muscle, fascial, or fat tissue.

We opt for injectables over IVs when a particular nutrient cannot be delivered directly into the blood stream. This is why we offer both IVs & injectables at The Clara Clinic!

New Patient Initial IV Intake + Treatment (105 minutes): $150 + bag

Express Initial IV Intake + Treatment (90 minutes): $120 + bag *only for existing patients or patients referred under the care of another ND

Follow-up IV Therapy Treatment (75 minutes): $105.00 + bag

Our IV + Injection Process

step 1: complimentary IV + Injection therapy consult

You’ll meet with one of our IV-certified Naturopathic Doctors so we can ensure you’re a good candidate. We’ll take you through some screening questions, talk through your health goals, and answer any questions you have about IV therapy. Depending on your answers, we may have you complete blood work before your initial appointment.

step 2: initial iv + injection appointment

After your complimentary call, you’ll come in for your first appointment. We’ll complete a more comprehensive assessment and complete some physical exams before we get started to ensure IV + injection therapy is 100% safe for you. If all goes well, you’ll receive your first IV therapy treatment or injection.

step 3: iv treatment series

After your initial visit, we’ll set you up on a series of IV or injection treatments based on your goals and unique physiological needs.

step 4: maintenance

Once your treatment series has ended, and you’re feeling better, we’ll set you up with bi-annual to annual maintenance IVs + injections to ensure your results are sustained!
